How to tell if you purchased a Lemon

When you have to go to the dealership for a repair four times before you reach 18,000 miles or 18 months have passed
Example:
The transmission is jerking hard on shifts from P to R or D and or when up or down shifting as well as after s atop a hard clunk is felt as if you were rear ended.
The engine is using oil every 1000 miles and an oil consumption test was done but you were told it is normal.
When the brakes make noise during a stop.
When you have electrical issue that keep reoccurring.
When the steering makes noise over bumps or turning.
When the water leaks inside after a rain.
There are just a few of the things I have witnessed when inspection new and used vehicle purchased from a dealership.
