How to tell if you purchased a Lemon
When you have to go to the dealership for a repair four times before you reach 18,000 miles or 18 months have passed
Example:
The transmission is jerking hard on shifts from P to R or D and or when up or down shifting as well as after s atop a hard clunk is felt as if you were rear ended.
The engine is using oil every 1000 miles and an oil consumption test was done but you were told it is normal.
When the brakes make noise during a stop.
When you have electrical issue that keep reoccurring.
When the steering makes noise over bumps or turning.
When the water leaks inside after a rain.
There are just a few of the things I have witnessed when inspection new and used vehicle purchased from a dealership.
Any question please let me know, also if you need a good attorney who specializes in Lemon Law cases go to my web page lemonprotection.com.

Lemon Law how to prepare for it
Hello Everyone,
Just in case you’re thinking of purchasing a new or used vehicle and do; then keep this in mind. The Lemon Law applies to all new and used vehicles. You will need to prepare yourself if you start having problems. When you buy you need some things that will help you in-case you have breakdowns.
1) Ask for Free loan car when your vehicle is getting repaired.
2) Ask for a Zero deduction on all repairs.
3) Be sure these two thing are in writing before you sign the contract.
4) Writing is enforceable voice is not.
After you buy and if you start having problems with your new or used vehicle and you get repairs.
1) Make sure you keep all receipts for repairs and service.
2) Be sure the complaint is written down the same way each time and verify it before you sign.
3) Remove all items from the vehicle before you leave it.
4) If you are told something, then write it down with the time, date and person.
5) Keep notes as well about when it happened and what you were doing when it happen.
If after four attempts to repair you vehicle and the same problem is still going on then call a Lemon Law attorney for help if you think you need it. Safety issues are two times in most states for a repair, the safety issues are ABS and SRS warning lights coming on. A reason to be sure your complaint is written down the same way each time is so the other side can’t say well it read you only said that problem happened one time. Four complaints for the same problem have to be written down the same way this is strength for your case.
The attorney will need your entire paper file so to see if you have a good clam.
There is help and the help don’t cost if you have all your paper work in order.
Any question leave a comment or e-mail me, please let me know, God bless all,

5) If your warranty cover everything and you’re told you have to pay something ask why. If you’re not sure then call the warranty company and complain.

Buying New or Used Cars here are things to ask for.
Hello Everyone,
Happy New Year.
I want to give you some information of thing you should ask for when buying a new car or truck that will save you money in the end, Guaranteed.
1) Ask for a free lean car when your car is getting repaired, you don’t want to pay for a rental from them when your car is waiting in line to be fixed or special order parts to arrive; so demand a FREE loan car when you get repairs.
2) Ask for a ZERO deduction when a repair is needed. A deduction of $50.00 will cost you in the end. Each repair complaint calls for a deduction so five small nothing complaints will cost you $250.00 and it will not matter if they find anything wrong or not; so a ZERO deduction is what you must demand.
3) The extended Warranty Contract offered is negotiable, if the salesman doesn’t want to give it at a reasonable cost then let them know the deal is off and start to walk out. The extended warranty contract cost the dealership nothing, and if the new reliable vehicle they sold you is as good as they clam; then the extended warranty should be no problem for them to give it to you or at lease let you have it at a bargain. I have been able to negotiate a drop as much as $800.00 on an extended warranty and have heard other with even more off.
4) When you do a trade in wait until after the final price is met before you mention the possibility of a trade. If it is not enough then sell the car to a private party and you will likely get more than you expected anyway,
Any question about the Lemon Law process and how it works let me know. If you like the blog please let me know and how I can help you. Thank you,
Good Luck and God bless you all.
