Have You Purchased A Lemon Car or Truck?

If that New or Used vehicle turn out to be a Lemon, there are things you need to do in order to protect yourself in case you need an attorney.

1) Keep all your repair records in order no matter how small a repair.
2) Be sure your repair records is properly written as to how you stated your problem.
3) If it’s the same problem be sure it is written the same way every time you complain.
4) If you are told something and it is not written down then write it down and record the name of person, time and date and then sign it.
5) If your warranty cover everything and you’re told you have to pay something ask why. If you’re not sure then call the warranty company and complain.
6) If your extended warranty says you get a free loan car then don’t pay.
7) When you pick up your vehicle road test it and be sure your satisfied with the repair and if not complain and get it in writing.
